Calling & getting hold of a human is like pulling hair your online website calling Kong customer service isn’t up to par!!!!!

I tried to get a hold of customer service online and your website the website you cant get ahold off a human being. I just wanted to talk to a human to get info on a xxxlrg harness for my Great Dane & absolutely no one answers calls back etcBullshit

Preferred solution: A harness that’s extra extra extra large that would fit my hey good morning hey I want to ask you something I ordered I know you don’t. We can’t look at the mail but you know like if it’s six but I haven’t seen one yet…
